Ik vind het zó zielig: al die Russische, Tsjechische, Hongaarse en Poolse jongens en meisjes die zich de blaren op hun vingers typen voor ellenlange spamreacties op mijn blogs. Het zijn er nogal wat; in de afgelopen drie dagen heb ik maar liefst 108 spamreacties ontvangen op één bericht uit februari 2011 (nota beide bene).

De laatste reactie is van ene Kathryn Ger. Zij heeft nog moeite gedaan om haar stukje om te zetten in enigszins leesbaar Nederlands. Maar het gaat helemaal niet over mijn verhaaltje, welnee, ze wil me software aansmeren voor het breken van Captcha’s op Google.  Een volgende reaguurder spendeert ruim 1500 woorden aan medicijnen en ziektes die ik totaal niet herken en waar af en toe iets tussen staat als ‘sperm’, ‘allergy’ of ‘development’. Het lijkt op woordvermicelli: zoveel mogelijk woorden aan elkaar knopen met af en toe een linkje ertussen, in de hoop dat iemand er – al dan niet per ongeluk – op klikt.
Even verderop staan stukken in het Russisch, wat ik niet kan lezen, of in het Grieks, wat ik ook al niet kan lezen. Er zijn teksten die alleen maar uit lange, onderstreepte links bestaan. Sommige lieverds willen me cryptomunten verkopen en natuurlijk zitten er ook seksgerelateerde reacties tussen. Die hebben niet zo veel tekst nodig: “I really want to ** me in the ass on the camera” of “link to my free webcam”. 

Ze schrijven onder namen als Fordsounc, Farmonindef, Tamkoschunjunse of MitenCagudetta en ze posten steeds opnieuw dezelfde teksten onder hetzelfde bericht. Dus die namen komen meerdere keren voorbij met dezelfde ‘reactie’.

Ik ben zo blij dat er een goede spamvanger op WordPress zit, want wat denken die mensen nou? Dat ik gelukkig word van die rommelreacties op berichten van jaren geleden? Dat ik iedere dag met spanning zit te wachten op die woordenbrijen met links naar weet ik veel waarheen? 

Enfin, inmiddels heb ik de reactiemogelijkheid op berichten ouder dan een jaar uitgezet. Misschien scheelt dat?
